Le projet est né en 2016 pour venir en aide à cet orphelinat qui compte 51 enfants de tous ages. Le site est très bien tenu mais la cuisine est inexistante et Restaurants Sans Frontières va participer au financement d’un bâtiment et de son équipement : arrivée et évacuation d’eau, électricité, plaque de cuisson au gaz et grand évier.
The project was born in 2016 to help this orphanage with 51 children of all ages. The site is very well kept but the kitchen is non-existent and Restaurants Sans Frontières will participate in the financing of a building and its equipment: water inlets and evacuation, electricity, gas hob and large sink.

L’orphelinat SFODA est situé en dehors de Phnom Penh, de l’autre côté de la Tonle Sap River à un kilomètre du pont Japonais/Chinois comme indiqué en haut à droite sur le plan ci-dessous
The SFODA center is located just outside Phnom Penh, on the other side of the Japanese/Chinese Bridge as you can see on the upper right of the map below

Le barbecue traditionnel Khmer au bois et charbon de bois, seul mode de cuisson utilisé actuellement. Il seront installés dans la future cusine, en complément des feux au gaz / The traditional wood and charcoal Khmer BBQ, the only cooking mode currently used as of now. They will be installed in the future kitchen, in addition to the gas fires

Cet endroit est celui du bâtiment de la future cuisine-réfectoire, de cet endroit, tout le long du mur jusque là où se trouve la dame (photo ci-dessous) / All along the wall is where the building of the future refectory kitchen will be erected, from this place, all the way to where the lady is located (picture below)
